Refund Policy

We stand behind our software. All purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee — no conditions, no questions asked.

1. Payments & Merchant of Record

All purchases of Vercher Technologies software products and subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, your transaction is with Paddle, who handles payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf. Paddle's own Terms of Service and Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All software purchases — one-time licenses and subscription first charges — are covered by a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date for any reason, you will receive a full refund. No conditions, no requirements, no questions asked.

3. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain full access until that date. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first charge. After the initial 30-day window, charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Billing errors on our end will be corrected or refunded promptly.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refunds can be initiated through either of the following channels:

  • Paddle Buyer Portal (Fastest): Use the link in your Paddle purchase receipt or visit paddle.com/legal/buyers to manage your order directly.
  • Email Us: support@verchertechnologies.one — include your name, the email address used at purchase, and your order number. We will process the refund with Paddle on your behalf within 3 business days.

Once initiated, Paddle processes refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
